Region 5 Minimum Wage: Wage Order no RBV-22

The Bicol Region, known as Region 5 in the Philippines, has recently seen a significant adjustment to its minimum wage standards. The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) issued ๐—ช๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ข๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ก๐—ผ. ๐—ฅ๐—•๐—ฉ-๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ which provides a P40 increase for all minimum wage workers in private establishments in Region V (Bicol Region) which will be divided in two tranches. (P20 each increase per tranche).

First Tranche is effective 05 April 2025. This brings the daily minimum wage in the region to Php 415.00.

While the Second Tranche effectivity is on 01 December 2025, making the daily minimum wage to Php 435.00.
