Region III – Central Luzon minimum wage 2026: current rates
Updated October 10, 2026: The current daily private-sector minimum wage is ₱515–₱600 under Wage Order RBIII-26, effective April 16, 2026 (second tranche). Rates may vary by sector, establishment size or area classification; see the official regional wage matrix for the applicable rate.
Domestic workers: The minimum monthly wage is ₱6,500 under Wage Order RBIII-DW-05. This is a monthly rate, separate from the private-sector daily minimum wage.

2026 update: The current daily minimum wage in Region III (Central Luzon) ranges from ₱515 to ₱600, depending on the province and sector. The second tranche of Wage Order No. RBIII-26 took effect on April 16, 2026.
For Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales, the current rates are ₱600 for non-agriculture, ₱570 for agriculture, and ₱590 for retail/service. In Aurora, the rates are ₱560, ₱545 and ₱515, respectively.

Bulacan, Pampanga, Bataan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and Zambales Minimum Wage
Workers covered by the minimum wage in these six Central Luzon provinces have the following daily rates as of October 2026:
- Non-agriculture: ₱600 per day
- Agriculture: ₱570 per day
- Retail and service: ₱590 per day
Aurora Minimum Wage 2026
Aurora has a separate wage schedule under RBIII-26. The current daily minimum wage rates are:
- Non-agriculture: ₱560 per day
- Agriculture: ₱545 per day
- Retail and service: ₱515 per day
How Wage Order RBIII-26 Was Implemented
Wage Order No. RBIII-26 was issued on September 16, 2025 and first took effect on October 30, 2025. The wage increase was divided into two tranches.

The second tranche added ₱30 to the first-tranche rates for the three sectors in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales. In Aurora, it added ₱30 for non-agriculture and agriculture and ₱40 for retail/service.
Region 3 Kasambahay Minimum Wage 2026
The current minimum monthly wage for kasambahays or domestic workers in Central Luzon is ₱6,500 under Wage Order No. RBIII-DW-05, effective October 30, 2025.
Latest update: RTWPB-III began another minimum wage review for domestic workers in 2026 and scheduled public hearings across Central Luzon from October to November. This means the ₱6,500 rate is under review, but a public hearing does not by itself create a new minimum wage. Until a new wage order is officially issued and takes effect, ₱6,500 remains the current official rate.

Is There Another Region 3 Wage Increase in 2026?
RTWPB-III has also formally started another minimum wage review in 2026. As of this update, however, the official NWPC Region III page still lists RBIII-26 as the current wage order for private-sector workers. Therefore, the current daily rates remain ₱515 to ₱600 unless and until a new wage order is officially issued and becomes effective.
Workers and employers should rely on official RTWPB-III and NWPC announcements rather than proposed or rumored wage increases.
Previous Region 3 Minimum Wage
Before RBIII-26, Wage Order No. RBIII-25 was implemented in two tranches in 2024 and 2025. After its full implementation, the rates were ₱550 for non-agriculture, ₱520 for agriculture and ₱540 for retail/service in Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales. In Aurora, the corresponding rates were ₱500, ₱485 and ₱435.
These older rates are provided for historical reference and should not be used as the current 2026 minimum wage.
