How to Apply

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing through an application letter addressed to the head of office. Applicants must attach the following documents to the application letter and send these to the address below not later than 31 October 2026. .

  1. Application letter addressed to the National Security Adviser and Director-General EDUARDO SL OBAN JR. Kindly indicate the position title, item number, and unit/office assignment;
  2. Fully accomplished and updated Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2026);
  3. Duly accomplished Comprehensive CS Form 212 Attachment – Work Experience Sheet;
  4. Performance rating in the last 2 rating periods (latest rating period prior to the application);
  5. Copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma;
  6. Copy of NBI Clearance (for external applicants only);
  7. Certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  8. Copy of Certificates of Training Attended*; and
  9. Certificates of Achievement, Awards, and Recognition (i.e., Publications/Authorships, Consultant/Resource Speaker, Membership in a Professional Organization, and Awards/Distinction Received).
