Good news for all the applicants of the AFP. The AFP now allows applicants to request their AFPSAT IRF online via the google form.
What is the AFPSAT IRF?
The Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) Individual Result Form (IRF) is a computer-generated form given to an individual AFPSAT passer that contains the status and breakdown of result per subtest. It serves as proof that you already passed the AFPSAT.
It can be used when applying to another branch of Services like in the Army, Navy, or the Marines as long as within the AFP only. It is valid for three (3) years starting from the date of the examination. However, if you don’t have plans to apply at the other branch of AFP, only in the PAF, you won’t need this since your records are kept in the PAF database.
Who can request for AFPSAT IRF?
Applicants who already took their AFPSAT at the Philippine Air Force and would like to apply to other AFP Branch of Service. Only those who passed the Examination will be provided with an AFPSAT IRF, those who failed will not be given the IRF.
You can only request once. If your AFPSAT IRF is lost, you will need an Affidavit of Loss to claim the new one.
How to request AFPSAT Individual Result Form (IRF)?
You can request it in 3 different ways. First at the PAFHRMC Testing Branch, second via letter at the nearest PAF Processing Center and the third one via the online method.
Below is the process on how to request it online.
- Visit the link https://forms.gle/YAsCcKuaxH42F61U7.
- Fill up the required information in the google form.
- Wait for the confirmation of your request and the notice of availability.
- Bring two valid ID’s and AFPSAT claim stub (the one detached during the exam) on the day of your claim. If you lost your stub, two valid ID’s will do.
Things to remember:
AFPSAT IRF is free of charge. There is no cost in requesting or claiming it. Moreover, you can only request your AFPSAT IRF at the branch service you took the AFPSAT.
