CSC Exam Schedule 2021 Update; Official Announcement

The Philippine Civil Service Commission announces on its Official Facebook account the update on CSC Exam Schedule for this year 2021. Last year (2020) scheduled for the civil service exam was cancelled due to the pandemic.

A lot of aspiring civil servants are waiting for the announcement as to when the application will open. If you are one of those; read the announcement of the CSC below:

Civil Service Exam Schedule 2021

In the announcement of the Civil Service Commission entitled “๐—˜๐—ซ๐—”๐— ๐—œ๐—ก๐—”๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก ๐—”๐—ก๐—ก๐—ข๐—จ๐—ก๐—–๐—˜๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง ๐—ก๐—ข. ๐Ÿญ, ๐˜€. ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ”, the conduct of the Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional Levels for CY 2021 in Regions VI, VII, IX, XII, and BARMM is on ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿด ๐—๐˜‚๐—น๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ.

Application period will be ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฐ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐˜๐—ผ ๐Ÿฏ ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿญ. It will be on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis and shall be closed any time before the deadline if the CSC Regional/Field Office has already reached the target number of applicants. How to Apply for the CSC Exam?

Fill out the Application Form which can be found in any CSC Regional/Field Office, or may be downloaded from the CSC website: www.csc.gov.ph. The application form may be printed/reproduced using legal size bond paper. Coordinate with the CSC Regional Office where you want to take the examination with regards to the process of Filing. You can refer to the CSC Regional Offices directory on the CSC website.

Important Reminders on the Examination Day

  • NO FACE MASK and NO FACE SHIELD, NO ENTRY TO TESTING VENUE, and NO EXAM
  • NO I.D. CARD/DOCUMENT, NO EXAM
  • Be at the testing venue not later than 6:30 a.m.
  • Wearing face masks and face shields, and practicing physical distancing shall be observed at all times unless otherwise allowed.
  • Wear proper attire on examination day, preferably plain white shirt/tops. SLEEVELESS SHIRT/BLOUSE, SHORTS/SHORT PANTS, TOKONG PANTS, RIPPED JEANS, and SLIPPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  • Long hair (for both male and female) must be tied in โ€œponytailโ€.
  • Bringing of cellular phones and any other gadgets, including smartphones/watches and pens/eyeglasses with a built-in camera, calculators, wristwatches with a calculator, books and other forms of printed materials, and all other similar items, IN EXAMINEEโ€™S SEAT, IS NOT ALLOWED. In this regard, prior to occupying the assigned seat, examinees shall be required to deposit said items and all other personal belongings in the designated area.
  • Also, examinees are encouraged to use transparent bags.
  • Use of any aid in answering the test (such as calculators; books, dictionaries and other forms of printed materials; watch calculators; cellular phones, smartphones/watches, tablets, and any other gadgets; and all other similar materials/items) is NOT allowed.
  • Bringing the test booklet outside of the testing room/venue is strictly prohibited. The examination, or test results, of those found violating this rule, shall be canceled.

THINGS TO BRING:

  1. I.D. card โ€“ preferably the same I.D. card presented during filing of the application. If the I.D. card to be presented for admission is different from the I.D. card presented during filing of the application, the examinee must present any of the other accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam listed under Item D.3 of this Announcement, which is preferably valid (not
    expired).

    Note: – Photocopy only of I.D. card, or cellphone photo of I.D., shall not be accepted.
  • All other I.D. cards not included in the list under Item D.3 of this Announcement shall not be accepted.
  • As a last resort, an expired I.D. card may be presented for admission on examination day, provided that, the expiry date of the I.D. card is within the preceding months of the year reckoning the date of examination (i.e. the expiry date of the I.D. should only be from January 1, 2021, to July 17, 2021.
    I.D. card/s with an expiry date before January 1, 2021, shall not be accepted).

2. BLACK BALL PEN/S (Note: Examinees must bring their own ball pen/s. Strictly, no borrowing of ball pen/s shall be allowed to prevent cross-contamination.);

3. Original of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority, or the Local Civil Registry (only if I.D. card has no date of birth);

4. Health Declaration Form (to be downloaded from the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph); and

5. Personal alcohol/hand sanitizer (not more than 100 ml in size).
Note: Examinees may opt to bring water, or preferred beverage (except alcoholic beverage) placed in a clear/transparent container, and/or candies/biscuits, which shall be subject to inspection by the Room Examiner/Proctor.
