PNPA Online Application 2024, Requirements

The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) is a prestigious institution that trains future law enforcement officers in the Philippines. As part of the admission process, aspiring cadets are required to take the PNPA Cadet Admission Test.

1. SCANNED PSA/NSO/LCR Birth Certificate (Front Page Only),
2. SCANNED ID 2 x 2 Size Picture (White background, with name-tag and signature), and
3. SCANNED duly accomplished PNPACAT BMI Form

UPDATE!!!

According to the PNPA Official Page, the PNPCAT-OAS main system for aspiring cadets has been temporarily suspended due to an ongoing investigation into data breaches in certain PNP online systems and a reevaluation of all PNP information systems.

In the interim, the link has been redirected to allow for online submission, and the platform will be activated via courier to serve all aspiring PNPA cadets. Applicants are advised to choose the most convenient platform for submitting their application and to submit only once.

Steps for Online Submission:

1. Prepare CLEAR SCANNED COPIES (in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format) of the following documents:

• PSA Birth Certificate
• 2×2 or passport-sized photo

Steps for Submission via Courier:

Registration

1. First, you need to prepare the requirements above.
2. Visit the PNPA online application website by clicking this link https://pnpa.edu.ph/admission/index.php/registration/
3. To register (for new applicants) click the Red button written: “I am a new applicant”. If you have an existing unfinished application, click “I Already Have An Account”.
4. Read the Privacy Notice, tick the box, and select Continue.
5. Tick the box if you are qualified and then click continue. Read the Qualifications and Prerequisites, Tick the box, and Continue.
6. Fill out your personal information, Name, address, gender, birth date, and account information which you will then use to access your account. Check your details for accuracy and then click Register. You will then see a prompt on the screen if your registration is successful. You may then click “Continue to Form.”

Fill out the Form

Fill out the Form by inputting your background, Physical Profile Information (Height, Weight, BMI, and other details), contact details, etc. Then upload your scanned documents.

You will be presented with an Account Key (text in light red). Please copy or take a screenshot of this Key since it will be used to uniquely identify your account.

At this stage, your application is done, and the PNPA shall notify you in the future via your recorded contact information.

*In case you closed the form instead of clicking “Continue To Form”, you can still log in using your email address and password.

1. Go to https://application.pnpa.edu.ph/ and select “I Have An Account.”

2. Enter your email address and password. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to the rest of the form.
