Philippine Army Salary
The Philippine Army Salary is determined by various factors such as rank, years of service, and job classification. President Rodrigo Duterte signed a joint resolution of Congress on January 1, 2018, authorizing the pay increase in the military, police, and uniformed personnel.
The Modified Base Pay schedule is divided into two tranches in which the first tranch was implemented on January 1, 2018. While the second tranche started on January 1, 2019, and include all military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Philippines under the DND.
