List: LTO Driver’s Education Center nationwide with free TDC

The Land Transportation Office releases the list of LTO Driver’s Education Center (DEC) where you could get a free enrollment for the 15 hours Theoretical Driving Course (TDC).

Based on the Memorandum Circular 2019-2176 released by the LTO, the 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course is one of the requirements before one could get a student-driver permit.

How to avail of the Free Theoretical Driving Course TDC?

All you need to do is to schedule in the nearest LTO Drivers Education Center office in your area. You can inquire about the enrollment of the Free TDC on its Official Facebook Pages that you wish to go to. Refer to the PDF below.

Meanwhile, for LTO NCR West Regional Office, LTO Las Piñas Licensing Extension Office, and LTO Pasay Licensing Office, you need to fill up the online form being posted weekly on the LTO NCR Facebook Page.
