How to Balance Inquiry in Smart

If you want to know the Balance in your Smart account, you can do so with a simple balance inquiry. Here are the steps to follow to see your Balance:

For Smart Prepaid, TNT, and Bro Prepaid subscribers:

  • Dial *123#, choose Bal: Svcs, and select Balance.
  • Log in to the GigaLife App. On the Home Page, click the Check Usage button.
  • Log in to My Smart at my.smart.com.ph to regularly check your Balance online. Registration and linking of an account are needed.
  • Log in to MyPLDTSmart App, and the overview screen will show the account balance.

That’s it! That’s how simple it will be to know your Smart Prepaid account balance. It’s nice to have an Available Balance in your account, especially if you are in the unlimited promo so that if the promo expires, you can subscribe again for their promo.
