Starting December 2, all inbound travelers arriving in the Philippines are required to register online on the new registration system which is the “e-travel platform.
The e-travel replaces the e-arrival card and is a mandatory requirement upon entry to the Philippines as imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-IED).
Travelers may submit the registration 3 days before arrival in the Philippines.
How to register on e-Travel Portal?
Registration on the e-travel platform is easy and fast. You don’t need a laptop because you can do this by using your smartphone. As long as you have internet and you are good to go.
Step 1: Visit the e-travel website by clicking this link https://etravel.gov.ph/.

Step 2: Fill out your personal and travel details as well as your health declaration.
Step 3: Screenshot or download your QR code. They will ask for it at the airport.
My experience
I went on vacation to the Philippines on December 9, 2022, after 4 years of not being able to travel because of the Pandemic. I make sure to prepare all the needed requirements including the e-travel pass. I register one day before my flight using my smartphone. The registration process is fast. It only took me 5-10 minutes. After I register I screenshot the QR code.
The staff at the check-in counter asked for my e-travel. The moment we landed, they just asked us to scan our QR code and everything went out smoothly.
E-travel registration is free. Passengers using the former onehealthpass will be redirected to the new eTravel domain. On 05 December 2022, the old domain of the One Health Pass will no longer be accessible to the public.
