Starting November 1, 2022, all returning Filipinos are now required to fill out the electronic ARRIVAL CARD 72 hours before their flight. We will be talking about this new rule and we will also give you step by step guide on how to register.
What is an e arrival Card?
The earrival card is an online health declaration and contact tracing form that will be required from all inbound travelers arriving in the Philippines prior to departure from their country of origin. The eArrival Card is free of charge.
The Bureau of Quarantine observes an e-Arrival Card scan-and-go system in our airports for ease of travel. It replaces the One Health Pass.
Where and When should you register?
Arriving travelers should register for an e-Arrival Card within 72 hours prior to their departure via onehealthpass.com.ph.
If for certain circumstances, you were not able to register before departure, the airport personnel can assist you in the registration upon your arrival in the Philippines. But of course, to avoid delays, it’s better to fill out the online form prior to your flight.
What is the difference between eArrival card and the One Health Pass?
There is not much of a difference but the eArrival card is more practical since lesser information is needed and easier to fill out meaning less hassle and less stress. You can even fill it out at the airport but the advisable time is 72 hours before your departure.
The information needed is your travel details, personal profile, and health declaration which include your date of vaccination and exposure to Covid 19 cases.
How to register for an eArrival Card?
- Visit the One health pass website by clicking this link https://onehealthpass.com.ph. You will then be directed to the BOQearrival page.
- Click the “register” button in the lower right corner.
- Select if you are a Filipino National or a Foreign National.
4. Read the data privacy and undertaking statement, Tick the box, and then click the “Continue” button.
- Fill out the travel details. Once done, click the “Continue” button in the lower right corner.
- Fill out the details required on the “personal profile” page and click the “Continue” button.
- Complete the health declaration form by clicking the “submit” button.
That’s it. Once submitted, a summary of your details with barcode and transaction number will prompt on the screen.
You need to take a screenshot of that page (your personal barcode/QR code) or take note of your transaction number because you need it to show to the airline representative before boarding as well as to the Bureau of Quarantine staff when you arrive in the Philippines.
If you need to open your profile, just click the “open my profile” link on the eArrival Card page, enter your last name and transaction number, then click the “log in” button. You will now be routed to your eArrival Card profile.
