DSWD list of SAP beneficiaries is now available for some regions while others are already preparing to post it on their website.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) releases a statement that it posts the lists of those who receive the emergency cash subsidy worth P5,000-P8,000 (depending on the minimum regional wage) on their website for transparency of the program.
Social Amelioration Program SAP is the program of DSWD under the Bayanihan to Heal as one Act to address the Novel Corona Virus crisis.

DSWD list of SAP beneficiaries per region
The DSWD Field Offices started posting the list of SAP. According to the data of DSWD, as of May 3, 2020, a total of P65.6 billion already disbursed by the department to over 12.1 million families. It is 65.6% of the target amount of 100 billion and 67% to the target 18 million families.

A lot of people are confused as to who is really qualified to receive the emergency cash subsidy. Below is the checklist for the DSWD SAP beneficiaries.
