DepEd still accepting application for 3rd Batch Teacher Broadcaster

Are you a public school teacher? Do you want to teach in DepEd TV, Radio, at DepEd TeleRadyo? Then you can still apply as a DepEd Teacher Broadcaster.

DepEd Teacher Broadcaster Application

Relative to the OUA Memo 00-0720-0053 dated 16 July 2020 titled Call for
Teacher-Broadcasters For DepEd TV, DepEd Radio, and DepEd TeleRadyo, the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA) invites all interested applicants to apply for the Batch 3 teacher broadcasters who will teach subjects front of cameras/microphones for video and audio lectures which will be broadcasted nationwide.

DepEd Teacher Broadcaster qualifications

The interested applicants shall have the following qualifications:

• Confident and physically and mentally fit
• Outgoing, creative, and socially savvy
• Computer and smartphone literate
• Have a camera phone and strong broadband, fiber and/or LTE internet
• connection
• Preferably with experience in video or social media content creation, public speaking, speech, and drama, or performance
• Must have a technical support team to help in recording and editing of
• video and audio lectures

How to apply?

All applicants must register via and upload a resume, brief profile, and their 5-minute video demonstrating mastery on the applied subject/grade level on or before 28 August 2020, Friday, 12:00 NN.

Please be informed that teachers are not required to get clearance from their respective Regional and Schools Division Offices to apply.

Reminders prior to recording audition videos:
• Be in proper teacher uniform and must discuss in 5 minutes the first
portion of the first lesson of the grade level and subject they are
applying as defined by the Most Essential Learning Competencies
(MELCS) posted at https://www.commons.deped.gov.ph/melc.
Set in landscape mode, recorded in 720p format, and in a classroom
setting.

Final list of Batch 3 Teacher-Broadcasters will undergo and shall commit to
attending extensive trainings and webinars to be conducted by TV and radio personalities and experts and will be given special tasks for SY 2020-2021.
