The Civil Engineering board exam was conducted on April 28-29, 2025, at different testing centers nationwide including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.
It was headed by the Board of Civil Engineering Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo, and its members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero.
The April 2025 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall school performance, are expected to be released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Civil Engineering in four working days after the last day of exams.

CELE Passers 2025
PRC announced that 4,940 out of 16,913 successfully passed the April 2025 CELE. “The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.”
