The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region 7 is now opening its doors for the recruitment of qualified individuals to join its ranks as Jail Officers for the 2025 Quota.

B. BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY PSA

C. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (IF MARRIED)

D. DIPLOMA

E. TOR

F. CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY OR BOARD RATING
(W/ PRC ID IF APPLICABLE)

G. BARANGAY CLEARANCE

H. POLICE CLEARANCE

I. NBI CLEARANCE

J. CLEARANCE FROM PNP-DIRECTORATE FOR INTELLIGENCE(PNP REGIONAL OFFICE)

K. COURT CLEARANCES(PROSECUTOR, MTC AND RTC)

L. NCIP/ NCMF CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)

M. CERTIFICATE OF PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT

Qualifications

Here are the minimum qualifications:

A. A CITIZEN OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES

B. A PERSON OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER

C. MUST HAVE PASSED THE PSYCHIATRIC/PSYCHOLOGICAL,DRUG AND
PHYSICAL TEST FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING HIS/HER PHYSICAL
AND MENTAL HEALTH

D. MUST POSSESS A BACCALAUREATE DEGREE FROM RECOGNIZED
INSTITUTION OF LEARNING

E. MUST POSSESS THE APPROPRIATE CIVIL SERVICE ELIGIBILITY

F. MUST NOT HAVE BEEN DISHONORABLY DISCHARGED OF DISMISSAL FOR
CAUSE FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT

G. MUST NOT HAVE BEEN CONVICTED BY FINAL JUDGEMENT OF AN OFFENSE
OR CRIME INVOLVING MORAL TURPITUDE

H. MUST NOT BE LESS THAN 21 NOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS OF AGE

I. MUST MEET THE REQUIRED BMI (BODY MASS INDEX)

J. MUST BE AT LEAST 5’2 OR 1.57M FOR MALE AND 5’0 OR 1.52M FOR FEMALE,
EXCEPT THAT A WAIVER FOR HEIGHT ISSUED BY THE NCIP OR NCMF SHALL
BE PRESENTED

How to apply?

The acceptance of the application folder for Jail Officer 1 of the BJMP VII 2025 quota will start on October 21, 2024.

All interested and qualified applicants are invited to visit SM City Cebu, Mabolo, on the ground floor. The recruitment team will be available for the entire week from October 21-25, 2024. Applicants are kindly reminded to bring all necessary documentary requirements.
