The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Region 10 is now accepting applications for new Jail Officers.

Mandatory Requirements

Prepare the following in 3 sets

. Encoded Personal Data Sheet CSC Revised 2017
. Original PSA Birth Certificate
. Original Authenticated Diploma
. Original Authenticated Transcript of Records
. Original Certificate of Authentication and Verification (CAV) issued by the school or CHED
. Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility or Board rating
a. PRC -authenticated unexpired PRC ID with
documentary stamp
b. CSC – authenticated CSC certificate with QR
Code
c. MARINA – authenticated unexpired MARINA ID, Certificate of Competency/ics

. Original Certificate of Marriage Certificate from PSA (if
applicable)

. Clearances
a. NBI Clearance
b. Police Clearance
c. Barangay Clearance

. Court Clearance
a. Fiscal Clearance
b. Regional Trial Court Clearance
c. Municipal Trial Court Clearance

. Photocopy of National Commission on Indigenous People
(NCIP) / Office of Muslim Affairs (OMA) Certification (if
applicable)

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

. A citizen of the Republic of the Philippines
. A person of good moral character;
. Must have passed the psychiatric/psychological, drug and physical
test for the purpose of determining his/her physical ang mental health
. Must possess a baccalaureate degree from a recognized institution of learning;
. Must possess the appropriate eligibility (Second Level eligibilities: CSE-Professional, RA 1080, and Penology Officer Examination. etc);
. Must not have been dishonorably discharged or dismissed for cause
from previous employment;
. Must not have been convicted by final judgement of an offence or crime involving moral turpitude
. Must not be less than 21 nor more than 30 years of age;
. Must be at least 5’2″ (1.57 m) in height for male, and 5’0″ (1.52m) for
female; and
. Must weigh not more or less that five kilograms (5kgs) from the
standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age and sex.
