Senior Citizen Online Registration Step-by-Step Guide

The Senior Citizen Data Form Online Registration is now open for all Senior Citizens in the Philippines. The National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) is building up a nationwide database of all Filipino Senior Citizens of the country.

To register and participate in our nationwide database build-up, one must fill up the Online Senior Citizen’s Data Form (SCDF) completely and accurately. This will help the National Commission of senior citizens (NCSC) come up with a good profile of the senior citizens in the country as the basis for designing its programs and activities that will help improve the lives of Filipino older persons.

​Senior Citizen Online Registration

If you are 60 years old and above, you need to register on the National Commission on Senior Citizen website. Below is the Step by Step Guide for registration.

Step 1. Visit the NCSC website by clicking this link https://www.ncsc.gov.ph/.

Step 2: Click the “Register Now” Button. Click the Read more and a step-by-step guide will be given on how to register.

Step 3: Tick the box and click proceed.

Step 4: Fill out the Online Senior Citizen Data Form accurately. Attach your OSCA-ID or any government ID as well as your actual photo. The image must not exceed 50MB.

Step 5: Create your Pass key Number (PKN). This is a 4-digit number of your choice. Make sure to write it down because you will need it to access and verify your record later.

Step 6: Affix your signature. You can do so by using your laptop or your mobile phone. If you are not satisfied with your signature, you can remove it by clicking the “Click here to clear and sign again”.

Step 7: Tick the boxes and write the name of the person who assisted you to register as well as his/her contact number.

Step 8: Review all the information you enter. Because once it will be submitted it will be hard to change it.

Step 9: Press the Submit Button. You will receive a message that you successfully register along with your name and Registration Reference Number (RRN). You need to keep your RRN because it will be used to check and verify the status of your registration.

Step 10: If ever you remember that you make a mistake in filling out the form, you can message them at ph.ncsc@gmail.com.

That’s it. All you have to do is wait for the approval of your registration. You will be notified via the contact information you have provided. 

When your registration data has been verified and validated through our validation process, your registration will be upgraded to membership.  When you become a member, you will be provided with an online account where you can log in and check for all activities concerning your membership.

How to Verify your account?

You can verify your account by visiting the verification page

You can verify using your RRN or using your exact name and birth date and then click Submit. Then browse then and enter your Pass Key Number (PKN) and click Go. You will then see the status of your application.

If you don’t want to register online, you can also fill out the Senior Citizen Data Form.
