LTFRB releases list of PUV operators with 6,500 cash subsidy

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) releases the list of beneficiaries for the Pantawid Pasada Program (PPP). The names on the list will receive a Direct Cash Subsidy.

The Direct Cash Subsidy is a program of the Government under the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act II to provide assistance to operators whose income are affected due to the safety protocols being implemented to fight the spread of Covid 19 in public transportation.

The Cash Subsidy will be given through either of the following:

1. Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Pantawid Pasada Program (PPP) Cash Cards

2. Existing LBP account, for those who have no PPP Cash Cards

3. Existing bank account through PESONET and Instapay

4. Or over the counter withdrawals in any LBP servicing branches
