Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag Asa program addresses the congestion in Metro Manila. It encourages people originally from the province who are working in Manila to return to their home provinces. In return, the government will assist and support them with incentives on transportation, livelihood, family, housing, and education among others.
NCR becomes the epicenter of the COVID 19 pandemic in the Philippines that is why it is also the reason that this program was created.
Additionally, the Balik Probinsya Program gives hope for a better future for Filipinos and boost countryside development.
President Duterte releases Executive Order no. 114 which institutionalizes the Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag Asa program as a pillar of balanced regional development. A BP council will also be created which will be composed of Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the members.
How to apply for the Balik Probinsya Program?
If you are working in Metro Manila and that you are interested to go back in your home province, you can apply in two ways.
You can apply online or go to the nearest Balik Probinsya Center in your Barangay.
1. Go to the nearest Balik Probinsya Center.
2.Fill out the assesment form. Complete the necessary details which will be given by the personnel.
3. Submit the form. The personnel will verify the requirements.

The other way is to apply online. This is the most convenient way since you don’t need to go out of your house.

2. Complete the form with your accurate details. After accomplishing the form, click submit.
3. After the form is submiited wait for an email or a call from the Balik Probinsya represantative for the next instruction.
According to the National Housing Authority NHA applicants reached as much as 10,000 in the first 4 days of online registration.
