DSWD Region V hiring for Encoders and Enumerators

DSWD Region V is looking for applicants to fill the positions of Enumerators and Encoders. This is in line with the DSWD Listahan for the 4Ps program. They are needing a total of 373 Enumerators and 18 Encoders.

373 Enumerators

This is a Contract of Service with a period of 20 days work. The salary would be P600/ day.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of a college education.

• Preferably with experience in the conduct of the household assessment.

• Must be able to write legibly and a team player.

• Physically fit

• Willing to be deployed in isolated areas.

• Must possess good interviewing and listening skills.

There will be a two-day orientation training for Enumerators. Job description includes data collection by conducting household interviews.

18 Encoders

This is a job order for a contract period of 30 days. A salary of P600/day will be given.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or completed at least one year of college preferably IT-related courses.

• Must be computer literate.

• Above-average encoding speed.

• Previous experience in the encoding of SWDI data would be an advantage.

• Fast learner and reliable.

• Must have a passion for the poor.

There will be a one-day orientation for the Encoders. The encoder must properly encode 50 SWDI sheets/day. Review the encoded data for completeness and accuracy.
