DSWD Field Office 1 is inviting qualified applicants to directly apply for AREA SUPERVISOR and ENUMERATOR positions under Listahanan:

99 AREA SUPERVISORS (AS) and 729 ENUMERATORS (EN)

99 AREA SUPERVISORS (AS)

ILOCOS NORTE: 16 AS

ILOCOS SUR: 15 AS

LA UNION: 10 AS

PANGASINAN: 58 AS

729 ENUMERATORS (EN)

ILOCOS NORTE: 73 EN

ILOCOS SUR: 81 EN

LA UNION: 84 EN

PANGASINAN: 491 EN

Qualifications

Area Supervisor

• Graduate of any four year social science course or allied position.
• Good interviewing and communication skills.
• At least six months of experience in management and supervision.
• Must be a resident of the city/municipality where he will be assigned to.
• Computer Literate.
• Initiative to learn and contribute to the success of the project.
• Team player.
• Good report writing skills.
• Knowledgeable in the local language or dialects used in the province.
• Willing to be deployed in far-flung or remote areas of the province.
• Physically fit (health certificate from government hospital/clinic).
• Conflict resolution and management skills.

Enumerators

• Senior High School graduate or completed at least two years in college.
• Preferably with experience in the conduct of household assessment or similar projects/ activities/ related tasks.
• Must be a resident of the city/municipality where he will be assigned to.
• Must be able to write legibly.
• Team player.
• Knowledgeable in the local language or dialects used in the province.
• Willing to be deployed in far-flung or remote areas of the province.
• Physically fit (health certificate from government hospital/clinic).
• Good interviewing and listening skills.

DSWD Area 1 Vocational Rehabilitation Center (AVRC 1)

SALARY, WORK SCHEDULE, and DURATION of ENGAGEMENT:

AREA SUPERVISOR – 20,000 pesos per month, Monday to Saturday, 2 months engagement
ENUMERATOR – 40 pesos per accomplished form, Monday to Saturday, 45 days engagement

NOTE: PLEASE submit your COMPLETE application documents on the day of the scheduled exam and interview per province. Previous Listahanan applicants that were deliberated will NO longer be entertained.
