Bureau of Animal Industry is looking for Livestock Inspector I

The Department of Agriculture- Bureau of Animal Industry is the one responsible to investigate, study and report the cause of dangerous communicable diseases and the means of prevention, and in general, promote the development of the livestock industries.

With the outbreak of African Swine Fever in the Philippines, the Government is now on the move to contain it. Hence, the Bureau of Animal Industry is urgently hiring 46 livestock inspectors.

Qualified applicants will be assigned in disease investigation, surveillance, animal checkpoints, and quarantine locations nationwide.

Qualifications

This is under Job Order, so civil service eligibility is not needed. They prefer a graduate of a 2-year degree course but everyone is encouraged to apply. Must be able to start on October 1, 2019.

Moreover, a salary of 13, 851 per month will be given to successful candidates.

The application can be done in person or through email. To apply in person just submit your resume to the Animal Health and Welfare Division. The office address of the Bureau of Animal Industry is in Visayas Avenue, Diliman Quezon City, Philippines.
