DSWD to start posting list of SAP beneficiaries on website

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) will start to post the lists of SAP beneficiaries on its website for transparency as ordered by DILG.

Some Field Offices already posted and released the DSWD list of SAP beneficiaries like Region VII and CAR region. Some other offices are currently preparing the names for posting on their website.

In the statement released by DSWD, they said that providing the list will help ensure the orderly management of the funds provided for the program. It will also enable the public to be aware of who receives the financial assistance as well as scrutinize if the beneficiary is really qualified to get aid based on the criteria and guidelines of the program.

According to DSWD, the website will feature the list of SAP beneficiaries in the provincial, municipal, and barangay levels. There will also be a search function and a filter for users to easily navigate and look for the names.
