SSS Contribution Table 2025

The Social Security System (SSS) is crucial in providing financial security to Filipino workers.

By offering benefits such as retirement, maternity, sickness, disability, and more, the SSS ensures its members are protected in times of need.

To sustain these benefits, members are required to contribute monthly based on their income and membership category.

For 2025, the SSS has released an updated contribution table, reflecting adjustments aligned with the Social Security Act of 2018 or the Republic Act No. 11199.

These adjustments aim to strengthen the pension fund, ensuring long-term sustainability and improved member benefits.

SSS Contribution Rates for 2025

The Philippine Social Security System announces the new SSS Contribution for 2025 under Republic Act No. 11199 or the Social Security Act of 2018.

The increase in contribution for all the members including Employees, Self-Employed, Voluntary, Household workers (kasambahay), and Overseas-Filipino Workers (OFW) will be effective by January 1, 2025.

Under the law, a 1% contribution increase would be imposed on SSS members every two years starting from 12% in 2019 until it reaches 15% in 2025.

The employer’s share will be 10%, while the employee’s contribution is pegged at 5%.
