The ITMS-PNP is an essential unit that supports the administrative and operational requirements of the Philippine National Police. It provides technical expertise in information systems development, data processing, systems support, and other I.T. services to the different offices of the organization.

The Philippine National Police- Information Technology Management Service (PNP-ITMS) is looking for Information Technology Officers to fill ITMS Vacant positions.

Qualifications

• Position: Information Technology Officer
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
• Training: 6 hours of relevant training
• Eligiblity: Career Service (Professional Second Level Eligibility) with Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Specialist Eligibility.
• Must be 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟯𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 (𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀)
• Must 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟰𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗹𝗱 for PNP member applicants

Requirements

The following are the requirements:

For Civilian (Not be less than 21 or more than 30 years of age)

• Lateral Entry Application Form
• Personal Data Sheet (Revised 2017; CSC Form 212)
• Birth Certificate (PSA Copy with Receipt)
• Certificate of Employment
• Photocopy of two (2) Government-issued Identification Cards with a Picture
• Authenticated Report of Rating of Eligibility (BAR/RA No. 1080, CSC Professional, EDP Specialist)
• Appropriate Eligibility for Ra 1080 Holder (Valid and Unexpired)
• Diploma, Transcript of Record (authenticated copy)
• Related Trainings
• Certificate of Non-Pending Case (if presently employed)
• Clearances (Barangay, PNP, Mayor, Prosecutor, MTC/RTC)

In-Service (Age: Not more than 46 years old at the time of appointment)

• Lateral Entry Application Form
• Civil Service PDS (Revised 2017)
• Updated Unit/RMD PAIS Generated PDS
• Updated Service Record
• Latest Promotion Order
• Authenticated Report of Rating of Eligibility (BAR/RA No. 1080, CSC Professional, EDP Specialist)
• Appropriate Eligibility for Ra 1080 Holder (Valid and Unexpired)
• Diploma, Transcript of Record (Authenticated copy)
• Birth Certificate (PSA Copy with Receipt)
• Highest Mandatory Training (Training Certificates, Order of Merit, and Declaration of Graduates)
• Specialized Schooling/Training (Training Certificate, Order of Merit, and Declaration of Graduates)
• Latest two (2) consecutive periods of PFT, IPER, ITR, and SALN)
• Affidavit of Undertaking of Non-Pending Case

How to apply?

All interested applicants may submit one application folder (red) with white tabbings containing the documentary requirements authenticated by the issuing office at the ITMS Administrative Office, Ground Floor ITMS Building, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City Not Later Than January 31, 2023.

INCOMPLETE DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and all photocopies must be duly authenticated/certified by the issuing office. Scanned pictures are not allowed.

Salary

Basic monthly salary of 29, 688 and more than 49,528 for a Police Lieutenant with benefits and other allowances plus IT Training (local and Foreign) higher education in prestigious and reputable Institutions.
