Philippine Coast Guard updated swab test result for OFW

The Philippine Coast Guard PCG on Sunday releases the updated list of overseas Filipinos which include OFWs, Filipino Seafarers, and non-OFWs who yielded negative results in the RT-PCR test conducted by the Sub-Task Group for the Repatriation of OFWs.

From June 12-July 7, 2020, the subtask group for the repatriation of OFW’s has cleared a total of 43,037 returning overseas Filipinos both OFW’s and non-OFW’s identified using their lab I’ds.

Returning overseas Filipinos who are included in the master list are advised to coordinate with the PCG or OWWA personnel at the quarantine facility to process their return to their respective home province or home city.

Meanwhile, Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF) who were swabbed in the airport will receive email certification from the Philippine Red Cross as part of the new system being implemented.

For ROF’s who received an e-mail certifications indicating that they are negative for COVID 19 may leave their designated quarantine facilities after verification from the PCG or OWWA personnel.

Quarantine clearances shall be issued to returning overseas Filipinos at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) or at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
