Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor’s Degree – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Civil Service Professional Eligibility/ PD 907/ RA 1080 or its equivalent
• Computer Literate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Maintains positive customer relationships by ensuring high customer satisfaction level
• Responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding the Bank’s products and services
• Ensure all customer inquiries and concern thru phone and emails are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed service level.
