How to apply for Autosweep RFID online appointment?

Autosweep RFID announces that an online appointment is needed before heading to any of its installation sites effective November 4, 2020. Accordingly, it will not process any enrollment without an online application.

How to apply for Autosweep RFID online appointment?

1. Go to the Autosweep RFID online appointment website by clicking this link http://autosweeprfidonline.net/#/appointment

2. Add the installation details by choosing your installation site which includes SKYWAY, NAIAX, SLEX, STAR, and TPLEX. Choose the location as to where to process your Autosweep RFID installation.

3. Select your appointment by choosing a date on the calendar. Then input your email address, full name, plate number, your preferred time and your vehicle class id.

Vehicle Class ID

1- FOR CAR, JEEPNEY, VAN, PICK-UP, AND MOTORCYCLE (400CC AND ABOVE)

2- FOR BUS, AND TRUCK

3- FOR LARGE TRUCK, AND LARGE TRUCK WITH TRAILER

4. Tick the box, and click submit.

5. A confirmation will be sent on your email address with your reference number. Save this and show in your appointment date.
