Administrative Officer IV (Statistician)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • ❖ Filipino citizen;
  • ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or other related courses;

  • ❖ One (1) year of relevant work experience

General Functions of the Position:

  • ❖ Regularly review and monitor the staffing pattern of Foreign Service Posts (FSP), the Home Office and Consular Offices and provide recommendations based on the results
  • ❖ Maintain the matrices and database related to filled and unfilled plantilla items and distribution across FSPs and other Offices
  • ❖ Assist Plantilla section in updating plantilla items
  • ❖ Keep track of developments on matters related to the tasks of the Change Management Team
  • ❖ Provide analysis as inputs for HRMO’s position on key organizational concerns that impact the human resource requirement in the Department

(Senior Personnel Specialist)

Minimum Qualifications:

❖ Filipino citizen;
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology;

General Functions of the Position:

❖ Provide psycho-social interventions to personnel; ❖ Conduct in-person counselling and online sessions through social media applications; ❖ Provide talk therapy and preliminary diagnosis for identified problematic personnel; ❖ Conduct debriefing of Recalled Personnel; ❖ Provide psychosocial counselling for personnel leaving for foreign posts; ❖ Provide individual assessment of psychological faculties and resources; ❖ Provide appropriate referrals of personnel for further and specialized testing with an outside psychologist; ❖ Recommend personnel for further psychological services, if necessary; and ❖ Submit regular summary reports that include evaluation and recommendations, and the total number of counselling hours availed per personnel from sessions.

General Functions of the Position:

  •  Results-oriented, meaning willing to work overtime and during weekends to meet deadlines;
  •  Perform liaison work with the staff of AICHR representatives of ASEAN Member States;
  •  Able to draft reports, concept papers, press releases, and other basic correspondence;
  •  Prepare presentations and is knowledgeable of basic software applications for presentations, and
  •  Willing to do other additional tasks assigned for the purpose of enhancing one’s professional competence.
