BFP Region X Recruitment for Fire Officer 1

Bureau of Fire and Protection Region X is hiring 44 Fire Officer 1(FO1). They will start accepting application folders (long size green folder with fastener and tabbing) from August 30, 2019, until September 20, 2019.

Administrative Requirements for Fire Officer 1

  • Indorsement (MFM/PFM/ DFM)
  • Application Letter (address to the Regional Director indicating the rank applying for)
  • Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017)

-Notarized

-Recent passport-sized picture in white background with nametag and signature (must be signed with a blue pen).

  • Birth Certificate( PSA) 3 copies

-Marriage Certificate if any

-Birth Certificate of dependents if any

  • Certificate of age/height waiver if any
  • Certified True Copy of TOR and Diploma (3 copies)

-Duly Certified, Authenticated and Verified (CAV) by CHED.

-If date not specified in the TOR and Diploma attached Official Receipt.

  • Certified True Copy of Eligibility/Report of Rating (2018/2019) in 3 copies.

-(Holding PRC eligibility submit unexpired PRC ID, certificate of Board Rating or Board Passer)

  • Drivers License in 3 copies if any.
  • Handwriting/ Signature Specimen (to be accomplished at RHQ).
  • Photocopies of ID’s / Membership Data Form in 3 copies.

-PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, TIN if available.

  • Clearances

-Barangay, Mayor, Police Clearance, NBI (One original and 2 photocopies), RTC, MTC/MTCC.

Reminders

Applicants should to wear a white shirt and blue maong pants and rubber shoes and bring an extra 2 passport-sized picture with name and signature.

On the other hand, those applicants who applied and submitted their application folder last April 3-30,2019 but, unfortunately, failed in the NeuroPsychiatric Exam conducted last June 22 cannot reapply in this quota.
