Baybay city QR code online registration

Baybay City, Leyte has implemented the QR code system under Executive Order no. 103. Under the EO 103, a Quick Response (QR) Code System for Contract Tracing is required and as a Mean to Prevent and/or Mitigate the Spread of COVID-19 in the City.

The order shall be effective starting May 1. 2021 to give ample time for application of the QR code and it shall remain in force and effect unless rendered ineffective in writing by the Office of the City Mayor.

How to register online for a QR code in Baybay City?

  1. Visit the website https://bcpass.baybaycity.gov.ph/login.
  2. Click the “Get an Account” button.

3. Sign up by filling out the needed details including your name, address, mobile number, email address and password and upload you photo. (NOTE: USE YOUR PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IF YOUโ€™RE NOT FROM BAYBAY)

4. Click Create and wait for your QR code.

5. Just like that you are already registered and have a Baybay QR code. You can save a copy by downloading the BC Pass MY QR.

Person without access to internet

Persons in remote barangay without access to the internet or those seeking assistance in the application a personal BC Pass are advised to drop by the Office of the City Administrator, the City Planning & Development Office, or the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) or barangay officials of their location, for assistance on this matter.

How to apply for a QR Entry Code by business, offices, and other establishments?

All checkpoints, businesses, government or private offices, and other establishments within the territorial jurisdiction of this city are mandated to implement the BC Pass system. They shall install scanning devices or mechanisms in all entry points of their establishments.

For effective contact tracing, a unique or individual QR Entry Code shall be assigned to each establishment upon application and registration thereof by downloading the BC Pass Entry Registration Form at https://bcpass.baybaycity.gov.ph.

Applicants shall fill-up the form and submit it to CPDO for approval and subsequent assignment of the QR Entry Code.
