Ayala Foundation U-Go Scholarship 2024

Ayala Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2024 U-Go Scholar Grant. Application deadline: June 13, 2024, 12:00 pm (noon), Philippine Standard Time.

What is the U-Go scholar grant?

U-Go is an international non-profit organization that helps ambitious and promising young women pursue higher education by providing scholarship grants. Ayala Foundation manages the scholarship as the implementing partner of U-Go in the Philippines.

Qualifications

  • Female
  • Filipino citizen
  • Incoming first-year, second-year, or third-year college students for SY 24-25. Incoming fourth-year students for SY 24-25 may apply only if they are taking a five-year course.
  • Students who are expecting to graduate in SY 24-25 cannot apply.
  • Will enroll in a public or state university/college for SY 24-25
  • Without any existing scholarship

Applicants must:

  • Have a minimum GPA of 85%
  • Demonstrate financial need
  • Have no disciplinary or administrative cases
  • Be an active member of their community
    Aspire to bring positive change to society
    Be a model of integrity in the community
  • Be willing to pursue personal and
    professional development opportunities

How to apply:

  1. Fill out the eligibility form
    . Visit https://afi.ph/ugoeligibility2024
    Only those who are eligible will receive an application ID and link via email
  2. If you are eligible, fill out the application form and submit your documents. You may save your application and continue filling it up at a later time
  3. If you are shortlisted, submit a recommendation letter. The link to the recommendation form will be sent to your email address. Only those who are shortlisted need to submit a recommendation letter
  4. Attend the interview
    A booking link for the interview schedule will be sent to you after you submit your recommendation letter. All interviews will be conducted online

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current Official Certificate of Registration/Enrollment signed by Registrar
  • Latest Copy of Grades
  • Documentation of financial need. Only the following are accepted:
    • Parents’ or guardians’ most recent Income Tax Return (ITR)
    • Tax Exemption Certificate from the BIR
    • Certificate of Indigency of parents
    • For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and seafarers, recent contract or proof of income
  • Latest copy of electric bill
