The Department of Health through the Health Human Resource Development Bureau (HHRDB) in partnership with Ateneo De Manila University- School of Government is now accepting applications for the Scholarship on Master in Public Management Major in Health Governance (MPM-HG) for City Health Officers, Provincial Health Officer, Governors and other Public Administrators of Health.
Master in Public Management Major in Health Governance (MPM-HG)
The MPM-HG is a 39-unit master’s degree program organized by 13-course modules that each run for 32 hours delivered in several sessions.
This program will equip the scholars with an in-depth understanding of health systems management towards effective and efficient implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) and the Province-wide and City-wide health system.
Qualifications
- Government employee for at least one year (except for LCE’s).
- At least two years of relevant work.
- At least salary Grade 15 for the current position held for designated HS Managers.
- Graduate of any 4-year Baccalaureate course preferably health-related (except for LCE’s).
- Must have passed the online admission of Ateneo School of Government.
Schedule
The Schedule of classes is divided into two. This is to accommodate the participants outside manila.
MPM-HG 2019C
First Schedule- Every Saturday for two years Start of Class- August 2019 Deadline of Application- July 31, 2109
MPM-HG 2019D
First Schedule- 2weeks live in session every 3 months for 2 years Start of Class- November 2019 Deadline of Application- September 16, 2109
