Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
- Prepare accounting documents, vouchers, statements and financial reports;
- Prepare trial balance, supporting schedules and other required financial reports;
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation analysis and reports;
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
ยท Under the supervision of the Chief Administrative Officer:
- Reviews and certifies the validity of daily payment transactions,
- Reviews and approves the authenticity of supporting documentation of payment transactions,
- Supervises the preparation of periodic financial reports and statements,
- Review of entries to the general and statistical ledgers for accuracy and compliance to government accounting and auditing regulations,
- Supervises the annual close of the general and subsidiary ledgers, and transfer of balances to next yearโs ledgers to assure continuity of accounting records, and financial reporting.
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.
3. Administrative Officer
- Salary Grade 11- P24, 215
- Contract of Service with an opportunity to a Plantilla Position.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Arts and Social Sciences.
- Experience: None Required
- Training: None Required
- Eligibility: CS Professional / Second Level eligibility
Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
- Attend to personnel queries;
- Assist in the recruitment, evaluation, and placement of people based on merit and fitness;
- Assists in the preparation of reports for submission to CSC;
- Updates personnel records and/or leave records/ timekeeping;
- Assists the secretariat to the PSB;
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.
4. Budget Officer I

Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
- Assists in the preparation of yearly budget estimates, coordinates and schedules all activities and requirements of DBM
- Process claims for payment and checks expenditures against Authorized allotments;
- Prepares periodic reporting of performance under the approved budget for the calendar year required by DBM
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.
5. Stenographer
- Salary Grade 11- P24, 215

Job Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of 2 years Studies in College.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Training: At least 4 hours of relevant training.
- Eligibility: CS Sub Professional / First Level eligibility
Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
- Create real-time transcripts of meetings and telephone complaints for official records.
- Responsible for filing electronic or paper copies of the transcript and providing access to qualified parties;
- Responds to queries about specific transcripts and may print, fax or email copies as necessary;
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.
6. Project Development Officer

Job Description:
Responsible for the coordination of assigned programs, projects, and activities relative to the establishment and setting up of the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and necessary administrative activities, such as:
- Assist in undertaking research activities required by the divisionโs projects and programs;
- Maintain a physical and electronic filing system by accurately recording all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Ensure all complaints received, whether in writing, by email, by telephone or in-person, are processed in line with the complaints handling process;
- Participate and support in other ARTA activities;
- Perform other work that may be assigned from time to time under the direction of the Divisionโs Director.
