- Any Bachelor’s Degree – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Civil Service Professional Eligibility/ PD 907/ RA 1080 or its equivalent
- Computer Literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Maintains positive customer relationships by ensuring high customer satisfaction level
- Responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding the Bank’s products and services
- Ensure all customer inquiries and concern thru phone and emails are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed service level.
