JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision and following the detailed rules and procedures, performs the simplest, routine, professional work of attending to administrative requirements of the division.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Encodes, updates, and maintains the data tracking system of incoming and outgoing documents of the Division;

2.     Sorts, classifies and distributes documents to concerned staff/division for appropriate action;

3.     Follows-up concerned division/staff on actions taken on a particular document to provide update/status to the requesting party;

4.     Transmits documents thru fax to Field Offices, Non-Government Offices, and Local Government Units, as needed;

5.     Attends to administrative requirements (reproduction and packaging of documents/training materials, request for venue, meals, vehicle, etc) for the conduct of activities of the Division, as needed;

6.     Prepares simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, special orders, certificates, vouchers, and other documents as may be required;

7.     Manages the supply inventory of the Division; and

8.     Performs other tasks as may be required by supervisors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs highly skilled and responsible clerical functions and does other related works.

PRIMARY TASKS 

1.     Performs all clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical tasks;

2.     Perform skilled tasks such as preparations of certificates, endorsements and correspondence,among others;

3.     Handle Enhance Data Tracking Management  System (EDTMS), encodes incoming and outgoing documents received by the Office;

4.     Maintain and keeps records related to office functions and service;

5.     Answer and make phone calls;

6.     Interviews and screen person seeking assistance from the Head of Office; and

7.     Perform other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.

4.       Provides clerical and administrative assistance in addressing requirements in the conduct of meetings, conferences, etc;

5.       Assists in the preparation of technical reports, letters, memorandums and others;

6.       Provides administrative assistance in the day-to-day section operations;

7.       Performs other related tasks as may be required by the Project.

4.         Coordinate with the rehabilitation team for the behavioral modification of wards;

5.         Participates and attends staff meetings, case conferences, and other relevant center activities including exposures;

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER I (19 slots)

Duties and Responsibilities:   

1.    Review, analyze and provide inputs on the feedback/results of the monitoring visit of the PDO/s assigned per province.   

2.    Conduct validation to the requests/ feedback of the PDO per province. 

3.    Augment/ Assist the PDO assigned in the province in the conduct of validation to problematic LGUs to address the various issues/ concerns in consultation with the SP Unit Head. 

4.    Assist the Administrative Officer II and Senior Book Keeper in the monitoring of liquidation reports from LGUs and FOs’ Special Disturbing Officers in cash pay-out and process of liquidation.

 5.    Represents the RSPU to meetings with other Office/ Units in the absence of the SWO II/ Unit Head.

 6.    Assist in the conduct of social pension pay-outs to validate the supporting documents of the beneficiaries during pay-out. 

7.    Acts on referrals, interview walk-in clients and conduct validation of feedback to the concerned LGU/ agency/ office. 

8.    Facilitate other concerns needing immediate action with completed staff work and other related tasks assigned.

9.    Update/ maintain the data on Social Pension Information System, master list and payroll of social pension beneficiaries. Analyze the various reports from the LGUs (e.g. cleanlist, delisted and waitlisted) as basis for the preparation of Certificate of Eligibility, payroll as well as monitor the submission of the PDO-I reports

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

  1. Implements home life activities for safety, care and behavioral modification of wards/residents of the center, orients house rules and regulations of the center and monitors adherence;
  2. Provides tutorial session and oversees activities for the wards;
  3. Conducts group session/recreational activities;
  4. Provides guidance on table manners/setting, work and spiritual activities, good grooming and home management of personal effects;
  5. Prepares and submits behavioral observation reports;
  6. Attends staff meetings/conferences and case management conferences;
  7. Acts as watchers in hospitals;
  8. Follows-up clients in schools and escorts them to their places of origin;
  9. Performs other related tasks as assigned.
