Position #1 (DAR MIMAROPA Romblon Program Beneficiaries Development Division)

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing through an application letter addressed to the head of office. Applicants must attach the following documents to the application letter and send these to the address below not later than November 2, 2026.

  1. Application letter shall include the following details: position title, place of assignment, item number and salary grade of the position;
  2. Notarized and Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized or unfiltered digital picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2026);
  3. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  4. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license;
  5. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Record;
  6. Hard copy or electronic copy of Training Certificates; and
  7. Certificate of Employment from all previous employers/Certified copy of Service Record if government employee.

Position #2 (DAR-CALABARZON-Laguna)

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter and send to the address below not later than November 6, 2026

  1. Fully accomplished and duly subscribed and sworn or notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2026) with the required Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
  3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
  4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records; and,
  5. Certificate of training/s (if required).
