CSC Job Fair 2026: Schedule, Recap and How to Prepare for the Government Job Fair

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Every September, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) celebrates the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with a nationwide government job fair. Here is how the job fair works, a recap of the 2026 edition and how to prepare for the next one.

What is the CSC job fair?

The CSC job fair brings government recruiters to malls and civic centers in every region. Jobseekers can talk directly with agencies, check vacancies and submit applications on the spot. Participating employers include national government agencies, local government units, state and local universities and colleges, and government-owned and controlled corporations. In recent years private employers and frontline service agencies have joined as well.

  • Regional legs: September 7 to 11, 2026
  • NCR leg: September 16, 2026 at SM City North EDSA, Quezon City
  • 194 participating organizations (165 government agencies and 29 private employers)
  • 9,090 vacancies offered, covering plantilla, job order (JO) and contract of service (COS) positions
  • 6,625 jobseekers attended and 223 were hired on the spot
  • 250 government agencies also offered services such as eligibility authentication, civil registry documents, ID printing and free legal assistance

When is the next CSC job fair?

The job fair is held every year in September as part of the Civil Service Anniversary month. The CSC and its 16 regional offices announce the exact dates and venues a few weeks before the event. Follow the official CSC website and your CSC regional office’s Facebook page for the 2027 schedule.

What to bring

  • Several printed copies of your resume or Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212)
  • Photocopies of your eligibility (such as your civil service exam rating or board license), transcript of records and diploma

Many agencies ask for the documents listed in their vacancy notice, so check the posted requirements for the job you want.
