How is it different from the CSE PPT?
If you wish to take a Civil Service Examination for eligibility, you can opt for a Paper and Pencil or Comex. The difference between the two is the mode of registration, mode of examination and the fee.
In Comex, you don’t need to personally go to the CSC regional office for registration. You can do it online and without hassle. You just need to have an internet and an active email address.
Furthermore, the Comex way of the exam is by answering the questionnaire through a computer while PPT is through a conventional way with the use of Paper and Pencil.
Lastly, the fees for both exam is slightly different. The PPT is cheaper compared to the Comex. A P500 examination fee is collected in PPT while P680 for the Comex.
