PNPA issues Notice of Examination NOE for 2021 applicants

The Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) announces that it will begin to issue the Notice of Examination (NOE) for the applicants for the Cadet Admission Test (PNPACAT). Accordingly, the NOE System Generating Link will be available starting December 7, 2021, at 9 p.m

Applicants will receive their NOE at their respective email addresses. Also, all applicants who are qualified to take the PNPACAT and whose names were published can download their NOE via this link: pnpa.edu.ph/notices.

Note: Sending of NOEs via email will ensue.

Other Instructions and Testing Centers

PNPA also released some general instructions for the upcoming PNPACAT.

Here are the General Instructions for Examinees in Taking the PNPACAT (December 28 and 29, 2021) and the Updated List of Testing Centers.

  1. Wear medical grade facemask (only surgical or N95).
  2. Pass through the foot bath (with 10% chlorine solution) available at the designated entrance gate before entering the TC.
  3. Strictly observe physical distancing (at least 1 meter apart) in the queue before entering the TC.
  4. All examinees shall undergo temperature scanning. Those whose temperature is more than 37.5 degrees Celsius shall not be allowed to enter the TC.
  5. Bring with you alcohol with 70% solution.
  6. Print out the NOE (system generated or sent via email), and bring it together with the Medical Certificate (issued within 72 hours prior, indicating non exhibition of flu like symptoms; required for both fully and/or non vaccinated) issued by the LGU on your scheduled day of exam as proof/authority to take the PNPACAT.
  1. Surrender the aforementioned documents to the proctors together with the following:

a. Two (2) pieces passport-sized (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm);

b. One (1) valid identification card (valid school ID will do), OR in the absence of the same

c. Recent Police/NBI Clearance.

  1. Bring also the following:

a. Number 2 Pencil;

b. Black ballpen (except sign and gel pens)

9. Using a calculator, cellular phones, and other electronic devices are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the Testing Rooms.

  1. Examinees shall sign the applicant’s attendance sheet on the exam date.
  2. Room and seat assignments shall also be published on PNPA Official FB Page and in the respective TCs.
