Philippine Army 1AD Team Tabak Special/Regular Enlistment

The 1ID is looking for qualified applicants who want to join the Candidate Soldier Course in the Philippine Army through Regular and Special Enlistment.

Qualifications for Regular Enlistment

A. Regular Enlistment:

1) At least 18 to exactly 26 years old or younger on the date of appointment as Candidate Soldier (CS). Age waiver is no longer issued;

2) Natural Born Filipino citizen;

3) With 72 units in college or if a high school graduate must possess technical skills/talents needed by the PA;

4) At least 5’0 ft or 60 inches in height. Similarly, height waver is no longer issued;

5) Single and without child;

6) Of good moral character;

7) Physically and mentally fit for military training.

Documentary Requirements:

a. Accomplished Application Form/Resume with 2X2 ID picture

b. PSA Certified Birth Certificate

c. Barangay, Police, and NBI Clearances

d. Full body picture (size 3R, colored);

e. Transcript of Records and Diploma (with dry seal)

f. High School Diploma with dry seal (Original Copy)

g. MTC or RTC Certificate of Non-pending Case.

h. AFPSAT Result with dry seal (if possible attach code number)

i. Marriage Contract of Parents (PSA Copy with OR)

j. Certificate of Legal Beneficiaries (Notarized)

k. Affidavit of Being Single (Notarized)

l. BIR Tax Indetification Number (TIN)

m. Philhealth Membership/ Identification Card

n. CENOMAR (PSA Certified) with OR, must be current and within 3 months before validation period.

B. Special Enlistment:

IT Programmer and Multi Media Professionals

• 22-35 years old
• Civil Status, AFPSAT, and PFT- Waived
• BI and PME- required
• Educational Attainment- IT Related Bachelors Degree
• PRC license

Journalist and Radio Announcer

• 22-35 years old
• Civil Status, AFPSAT, and PFT- Waived
• BI and PME- required
• Educational Attainment- IT Related Bachelors
• PRC license

Social Workers

• 22-35 years old
• Civil Status, AFPSAT, and PFT- Waived
• BI and PME- required
• Educational Attainment- Graduate of AB Social Works or related course
• PRC license

Emergency Medical Technicians

• 22-35 years old
• Civil Status, AFPSAT, and PFT- Waived
• BI and PME- required
• Educational Attainment- Graduate of any medical course
• Basic Life Support Training with Certificate/ ID from authorized agencies

Documentary Requirements:

a. PSA Certified Birth Certificate

b. Barangay, Police, and NBI Clearances

c. Full body picture (size 3R, colored);

d. Transcript of Records

e. Diploma

f. MTC or RTC Certificate of Non-pending case
