Status (updated October 15, 2026): The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results of the September 2026 Ocular Pharmacologists Special Certification Computer-Based Licensure Examination (OPSCLE / CBLE) on Thursday, October 15, 2026, thirteen (13) working days after the exam. 1 out of 2 examinees (50%) passed.
PRC conducted the computer-based OPSCLE on September 28, 2026 in Manila, Cebu, and Davao. The Board of Optometry for this exam is Dr. Christine S. Rodriguez (Chairperson), with members Dr. Fides F. Masanga, Dr. Irene Christine C. Peliño, Dr. Bernardita A. Garcia, and Dr. Mario T. Flores, Jr. (inhibited).

Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration (COR) starts November 23, 2026 via PRC Online Services (LERIS). Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. Bring a screenshot of the system-generated Registration Form and a valid government-issued ID.
The date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony will be announced later by PRC.
Previous OPSCLE results
For comparison, the October 2025 Ocular Pharmacology / Ocular Pharmacologists Special Certification examination saw 24 out of 27 examinees (88.89%) pass, per PRC’s official announcement.
