Malabon is a 1st class highly urbanized city in Metropolitan Manila, Philippines. It is largely a residential and industrial town located immediately north of Manila, and it is one of the most densely populated communities in the metropolis. It covers a total of 15.96 square kilometers of land.
It is part of the CAMANAVA sub-region of Metro Manila, which includes the cities of Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela. To the south and east is Caloocan, to the west is Navotas, and to the north is Valenzuela. To the northwest, Malabon shares a border with Obando, a town in the province of Bulacan.
