Labor Law Bar Exam Questions September 2023

The September 2023 Bar Exam was conducted on September 17 (Sunday), September 20 (Wednesday), and 24 (Sunday). A total of 10,404 examinees took the exam on the First day and 10,392 on the second day.

The Bar Exam was headed by Ramon Paul Hernando Associate Justice. The simultaneous digital and regionalized bar exams were administered at fourteen (14) local testing centers nationwide.

The bar exam for the year 2023 was conducted across 14 local testing centers situated in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. These centers included:

Luzon:

  1. San Beda University – Manila
  2. University of Santo Tomas
  3. San Beda College – Alabang
  4. University of the Philippines Diliman
  5. Manila Adventist College
  6. University of the Philippines Bonifacio Global City
  7. Saint Louis University
  8. Cagayan State University
  9. University of Nueva Caceres

Visayas:

  1. University of San Jose – Recoletos
  2. University of San Carlos
  3. Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation

Mindanao:

  1. Ateneo de Davao University
  2. Xavier University

Labor Law Bar Exam Questions 2023 PDF

Subjects included in the first day of the bar exam which was held last September 17, 2023, were Political Law and Public International Law in the morning and Commercial Law in the afternoon.

On the Second day, September 20, 2023, the examination in the morning was about Civil Law while in the afternoon exam was about Labor Law and Social Legislation.
