PRC Real Estate Oathtaking — November 20, 2026

PRC announced a face-to-face oathtaking for new Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Appraisers, and Real Estate Salespersons on November 20, 2026 at Xavier Sports & Country Club, Xavier Estates, Km. 6 Masterson Avenue, Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. PRC’s notice does not specify a ceremony starting time.

Confirmation Deadline and Requirements

Inductees must confirm their attendance via PRC LERIS no later than 12:00 noon, November 19, 2026. Bring the printed Oath Form with your generated QR code to be tagged as attended. Those unable to attend may join an online oathtaking when announced or request a special oathtaking. After the ceremony, proceed with initial registration by booking an appointment through LERIS.
