2026 Librarian Licensure Examination
The 2026 PRC calendar scheduled the Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination for September 3–4, 2026, with a target results date of September 8, 2026. Check the official PRC examination calendar for changes and future cycles.
November 2026 Librarians Oathtaking Schedule
PRC announced face-to-face ceremonies for new Librarians in three locations:
- November 13, 2026, 9:00 AM: Hotel Crescencia Function Hall, Leyte Normal University Compound, Tacloban City.
- November 15, 2026, 1:00 PM: Grand Menseng Hotel, Davao City.
- November 26, 2026, 6:00 PM: Frassati Auditorium, Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati, O.P. Building, University of Santo Tomas, Manila.
LERIS Confirmation and Requirements
Confirm attendance through PRC LERIS by 12 noon on the day before your ceremony: November 12 for Tacloban, November 14 for Davao, or November 25 for Manila. Bring a printed Oath Form bearing your generated QR code. Those unable to attend may await an online oathtaking announcement or request a special oathtaking.
After oathtaking, new Librarians may proceed with initial registration by booking an online appointment through LERIS. PRC indicated that initial registration appointments started October 12, 2026.
