October 2026 Pharmacists Board Exam Results: 3,830 Passed
Released: Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 3,830 out of 4,944 examinees (77.47%) passed the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PhLE). The results of 10 examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The examination was held on October 15–16, 2026 at PRC testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga. PRC released the results on its target date, three working days after the last day of the exam.

Melanie Anne Leyson Tabornal of the University of San Carlos tops the October 2026 Pharmacists board exam with a rating of 95.97%. Two examinees share 10th place with 94.88%, so PRC lists 11 topnotchers.

Performance of Schools
PRC’s performance-of-schools report for the October 2026 PhLE lists 119 schools in alphabetical order, with first-timer, repeater and overall results for each. The report totals 3,830 passers out of 4,934 examinees (77.62%); PRC notes that any discrepancy is due to miscoding of school codes by examinees, so the official overall result remains 3,830 of 4,944 (77.47%). Among schools with 50 or more examinees in the report, University of San Carlos (50 of 50) posted a 100% passing rate and University of Santo Tomas had 270 of 273 passers (98.90%).
Top-Performing Schools, October 2026 PhLE
PRC named the top-performing schools in the October 2026 Pharmacists Licensure Examination under Commission Resolution No. 1814, series of 2024. University of Santo Tomas leads schools with 100 or more examinees (270 of 273, 98.90%), while University of San Carlos leads schools with 50 to 99 examinees with a perfect 100% (50 of 50).

Registration and Oath-Taking
Registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new pharmacists will be done online through PRC Online Services (online.prc.gov.ph). Registration starts on November 24, 2026. Registrants are required to bring a screenshot of the system-generated registration form and a valid government-issued ID, and must personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oath-taking: the date and venue of the oath-taking ceremony are to be announced by PRC. Verification of ratings is usually available on PRC’s LERIS a few working days after the release of results.

The Pharmacist board exam was conducted on April 10-11, 2025, at several testing centers nationwide including Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.
The April 2025 Pharmacist licensure exams were headed by its OIC, Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, and its members, Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo.
The PhLE results including the complete board list of passers, top 10 examinees, and overall performance of schools are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board of Pharmacy two (2) working days after the last day of exams.
