How to register for the DepEd connectivity load sim card?

The Department of Education (DepEd) has started the distribution of 34GB of sim cards to one million teaching and non-teaching personnel in the central and field offices. It is consumable for one year.

Teaching and non-teaching personnel are also required to fill out the Online Registration Form before picking up the sim card. This will also ensure that the sim card will be allocated with another load for the second month. Refer to the step-by-step guide below.

  1. Fill out the online registration form: https://depedconnect.com.ph
  2. Put the required information.
  3. Select a date to pick-up the sim.
  4. Submit the form.
  5. Screenshot the QR code.
  6. Proceed to your respective school on pick-up date.
  7. Present QR code screenshot along with two valid ID’s to school ICT coordinator for information validation.
  8. Proceed to the school property custodian’s desk for issuance.
  9. Claim your sim card.
  10. Finally, write your sim card number and affix your signature in the school property custodian monitoring report.

Once you receive your sim card, what you need to do is to activate it by doing the following procedure:

  1. Dial *123#
  2. Choose Balance Services
  3. Choose Balance
  4. Once you received an SMS Notification, it means your sim is already activated.
  5. You can now enjoy the service.
