Starpay is one of the digital wallets that DSWD partnered with to help with the distribution of the 2nd Tranche financial assistance 2020. Other financial Service providers along with Starpay include PayMaya, Gcash, UnionBank, RCBC, and Robinson’s Bank. But there are certain areas these service providers offer their services.
Areas where you can use Starpay for the 2nd Tranche Pay out
For waitlisted
Region 3, Region4A & 4B, Region 6, Region 7, Region 10, Region 11 and Pasig.
For SAP 2
CAR, Region 1, Region 3, Region 4A, Cebu City on Region 7.

2 ways to claim your SAP
You can download the Starpay application in Playstore.
Log-in using your mobile number and the 6 digit password that DSWD sent you thru SMS.
Follow the procedure on how to fully verified your account before you cash out. Once you are on level 2, you can now cash out and the Starpay will generate a control Number.
The control number will be this way REFERENCE # SPC + Numbers.
Bring your Valid ID and present your valid mobile number.
Another way to claim your money
For other areas, they won’t be needing to download, register and log-in on the Starpay app anymore.
The DSWD will send a new text message to the qualified beneficiaries which include the Reference No. assigned to you.
Claim your SAP in the nearest MLhuiller, USSC, Security Bank, or China Bank and bring your Valid ID, SAC Form and the reference number.
Beware of scams and fake messages. If you receive a message asking for money, then that would be a red flag.
