For OFW, returning Filipinos, and foreigners planning to visit/go back to the Philippines for a vacation or for good must follow the protocol of the Bureau of Quarantine and the Department of Health. Especially this time of pandemic, our government has taken its step to at least minimize the number of cases and prioritize the health of the Filipinos.
OFW, Non-OFW procedure going back to the Philippines
Here is the international arrival process for all arriving travelers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Step 1
Fill out the One Health Pass (OHP) One Registration Platform at port of origin few days before travel and get transaction number.

NON-OFWs and FOREIGN NATIONALS
Have a pre-booked DOT accredited Quarantine Hotel for 10 days. Go to https://onehealthpass.com.ph/quarantinehotels/ for the list of accredited hotels. OFWs will be sponsored and paid for by OWWA.
Step 2
Update OHP Registration with electronic Health Declaration Checklist (HDC) the day before or on the day of travel and acquire OHP personal QR Code. Print or screenshot your QR code.
AT THE AIRPORT
Step 1
Present OHP personal QR Code to BOQ for verification and apply for shortened quarantine period as applicable.
Step 2
Present OHP personal QR Code for arrival and hotel assignment.
DOT Help Desk: Non-OFW and Foreigners
OWWA Help Desk: Land-Based OFW MARINA Help Desk: Seafarers
Step 3
Proceed to Bureau of Immigration for arrival clearance then to baggage claim and customs inspection.
Step 4
Take the accredited/arranged transport service.
Airport Taxi: Non-OFW and Foreigners
OWWA Bus: OFW Land-based
LMA: OFW Sea-based (Seafarers)
AT QUARANTINE FACILITY
Step 1
Present One Health Pass (OHP) personal QR Code at the HOTEL to confirm check-in.
Step 2
On the 7th day (5th day if fully vaccinated from green countries) of quarantine, proceed to the designated swabbing room of the hotel and present OHP personal QR Code for your RT-PCR testing.
NON-OFWs and FOREIGN NATIONALS
Pay and register to the eCIF of private laboratory for the swabbing of RT-PCR testing.
Note: For Foreigners and Non-OFWS, RT-PCR Test may be booked and paid in advance through Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLAB) or may be arranged upon arrival at the PH airport. Book RT-PCR Test in advance through PADLAB at https://www.padlab.ph/DLS/eCIF
Step 3
While waiting for the swab test result, coordinate with your LGUs for additional requirements when going home.
(ex. Airline/bus ticket, S-PASS as appropriate, Letter of Coordination/Acceptance, etc)
Step 4
Upon receipt of a negative swab result, send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] for your Quarantine Certificate.
Step 5
Present your OHP personal QR Code at the hotel reception along with your BOQ Quarantine Certificate to confirm check-out.
